ListLift ("we", "us") provides an AI tool that generates SEO-optimized Etsy listing copy. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. We believe in collecting as little as possible.
Email address — only if you enter it. We use it to deliver your results and, if you opt in, occasional product tips and updates.
Listing input — the product text you type is sent to our AI provider to generate your results. We do not store it; it exists only for the moment your request is processed.
Technical data — your IP address is used solely to enforce fair-use limits on the free tier. It is held in temporary records that automatically expire within 48 hours.
We do not collect names, addresses, payment details on this site (payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe under their own policy), and we do not sell your data to anyone.
To run the tool, prevent abuse of the free tier, and — only with your consent — to email you tips and updates. Nothing more.
We use Anthropic (AI generation), Cloudflare (hosting), and Upstash (temporary rate-limit storage) strictly to operate the service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete any data we hold about you. Just email [email protected] and we'll handle it. Under GDPR/CCPA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and we honor those requests.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your email and free-tier usage so you don't re-enter them. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the site.
